Barrow Blues recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz anejo rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp coconut cream


Pour the blue curacao, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz triple sec
3/4 oz lime juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1/2 oz sugar syrup


Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Add a speared cherry, and serve.
