Bayou Self recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
4 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup


Pour Captain Morgan spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice. Top with grenadine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple.

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Stoli Ohranj vodka
orange juice
Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 twist lime peel


Pour stoli oranj over ice in a shaker, and shake. Glaze a chilled cocktail glass with chambord, and add the stoli oranj. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
