Belgian Brownie recipe

Ingredients

1 oz genever gin
1/2 oz cognac
1 oz chocolate liqueur
fill with heavy cream
ice cubes


Pour the gin, cognac and chocolate liqueur over the ice cubes. Fill with heavy cream. Stir gently.

1 1/2 oz port
1 oz brandy


Pour the port and brandy into a brandy snifter. Stir well, and serve.
