Blackberry Julep recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Marie Brizard creme de mure
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 tbsp mixed-berry marinade
1 oz water
Shake blackberry liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Stir until the glass begins to frost. Garnish with the berry marinade, and serve.

Vodka Swizzle recipe
Ingredients
2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 dash bitters
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
Add the lime juice, sugar, vodka and bitters to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, and add club soda. Serve with a swizzle stick.
