Blackberry Punch recipe

Ingredients

1 oz rum
2 oz blackberry liqueur
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz fresh lemon juice


Pour the rum, blackberry liqueur, sugar and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

Chocolate Black Russian recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
5 oz chocolate ice cream


Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.
