Cafe Au Kirsch recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
coffee


Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

1 shot vodka
1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
7-Up soda


Pour vodka and curacao into a highball glass. Add ice, fill with 7-up, and serve.
