Canadian and Campari recipe

1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1 oz Campari bitters
1/2 oz dry vermouth


Pour the whisky, Campari bitters and vermouth into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

Niagra recipe

1 1/2 oz Skyy vodka
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
3 oz Red Bull energy drink


Pour vodka and blue curacao over ice in a highball glass. Top with Red Bull until pale green, and serve.
