Carpano Highball recipe

2 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth
5 oz lemonade


Pour ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass. Add a twist of orange, and serve.

Green Whale recipe

1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 splash vodka
fill with 1/3 pineapple juice
fill with 2/3 orange juice
1 tsp sugar


Place blue curacao, vodka and sugar into a blender. Fill to desired level with pineapple juice and orange juice at a ratio of 1:2 - (ie. 1 oz pineapple, 2 oz orange). Shake well, and strain into collins glass(es).
