Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
2 tsp grenadine syrup
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 egg white
1 mint sprig


Shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the sprig of mint and serve.

Champagne Cornucopia recipe

Ingredients

1 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Champagne
2 scoops rainbow sherbert
1 oz cranberry juice


Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside. Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Shake until smooth. Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect. Layer champagne on top. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
