Coco Amor recipe

Ingredients

1 oz CocoRibe coconut rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice


Pour the Cocoribe, amaretto almond liqueur and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass, and serve.

Astronaut recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz dark rum
4 - 5 oz Sprite soda
1 splash pineapple juice


Pour the vodka, light rum and dark rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add Sprite and a splash of pineapple juice. Serve with a twist of lime (or lemon); and serve.
