Cognac Highball recipe

2 oz cognac
carbonated water
1 twist lemon peel


Pour cognac into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)

2 oz Metaxa Brandy
2 oz red Greek wine


Stir and strain into a cocktail glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, and serve.
