Ingredients

1/2 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
fill with orange juice
top with blackberry brandy


Pour ingredients as listed above into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Cherry.

Ingredients

2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz gin
2 tsp creme de cassis
1 oz lemon juice
4 oz tonic water


Pour the vermouth, gin, creme de cassis and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes, and top with tonic water. Stir well, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
