Elixir de Menthe recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups boiling water


Allow the mint sprigs to infuse for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan with the boiling water. Add the honey and stir well. Allow to cool. Once cooled, filter the mixture into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Ingredients

1 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
1 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1/2 oz peach brandy
4 oz pineapple juice


Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Serve with straws.
