English Bolo recipe

4 oz dry sherry
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick


Muddle a stick of cinnamon with lemon juice and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add sherry, stir, and serve.
