Fiddlers Toast recipe

Ingredients

3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz orange juice
Blue Curacao liqueur
1 tsp sugar


Pour champagne, grand marnier and juices into a wine goblet three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add a slice of orange, and float a curacao-soaked sugar cube on top. Serve with short straws.

Kahlua Martini recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 splash coffee


Pour all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir and serve.
