Gin and Pink recipe

Ingredients

2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
2 dashes bitters
1 twist lemon peel


In a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, tonic water, and bitters. Stir well and garnish with the lemon twist.

Green Island recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
juice of 1 limes
1/2 tsp sugar syrup


Shake with ice, strain into a parfait glass and top with creme de menthe. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
