2 oz gin
2 drops lemon juice


Build in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with just the stem of a cherry.

Jamaican Fizz recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda


Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda, stir, and serve.
