Ingredients

3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1 slice pineapple


Stir all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the crushed slice of pineapple and serve.

Ingredients

1 glass sparkling white wine
2/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur


Pour the sparkling wine or champagne over two ice cubes in a champagne saucer. Add blue curacao, and serve.
