In the Sack recipe
Ingredients
3 oz cream sherry
2 oz apricot nectar
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Barrier Reef recipe
Ingredients
3 cl gin
2 cl Cointreau orange liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Blend ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
