Jojo and Alex Special recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2/3 oz vodka
1/3 oz rum
2 2/3 oz orange juice
1 1/3 oz apple juice
1 1/3 oz grenadine syrup
2/3 oz lemon juice


Pour all ingredients (except grenadine) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Gently pour grenadine across the top. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Ingredients

1 oz Irish cream
1 oz creme de cacao
1 cup hot chocolate
1/2 oz whipped cream


Pour the irish cream into an Irish coffee cup or glass filled 3/4 with hot chocolate. Add creme de cacao. Add whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate on top.
