Kis-Kesay recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 oz white rum
2/3 oz white creme de cacao
1/3 oz lime juice
1/3 oz blackcurrant juice
1 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar


Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne saucer. Float cream on top, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.

Mumbo Jumbo recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz Applejack brandy
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg


Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
