Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz half-and-half


Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend well and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

4 - 5 oz cranberry juice
1 splash Coca-Cola


Build ingredients in order listed in a highball glass, Coca-cola on top, and serve.
