Madison Avenue Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz white rum
3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 dash orange bitters
3 mint leaves


Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of lime, and serve.

Ingredients

1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1 oz whipping cream
1/2 banana


Blend with half a glassful of crushed ice until smooth. Serve in a collins glass, and garnish with a banana slice and cherry.
