Mark Twain Cocktail recipe

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters


Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
