Mongolian Dingbat recipe
Ingredients
1 oz Bacardi white rum
1 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1 scoop ice cream
Combine the Bacardi white rum, Tia Maria coffee liqueur and ice cream in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Vodka Dry recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp dry sherry
1 1/2 vodka
Pour the sherry into a brandy snifter. Swirl it around in order to coat the glass, then pour out the excess. Stir the vodka in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and strain into the snifter. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
