Ingredients

3 3/4 oz gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth


Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a twist of lemon.

Scotch Rickey recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
juice of 1/2 limes
carbonated water
lime peel


Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the lime peel/rind and serve.
