New York Sour recipe

Ingredients

2 oz blended whiskey
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 tsp sugar
red wine


Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Float claret red wine on top, and serve with a half-slice of lemon and a cherry.

Ingredients

1 part Scotch whisky
1 - 2 parts cola
3 splashes vanilla extract


Add a splash of vanilla essence to an otherwise standard scotch and coke.
