Ojen Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

2 oz ojen anise liqueur
1 dash Peychaud bitters
1 tsp sugar
1/2 oz water


Pour the ojen, peychaud bitters, sugar and water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Mandeville-Polar recipe

Ingredients

1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz white rum
1 tsp Pernod licorice liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
100 ml Coca-Cola


Funnel the rums, pernod, lemon juice and grenadine into one small cola bottle (185-200ml); roughly half-filled with cola. Briefly invert the bottle to mix the ingredients. Place in the center of a large glass (tankard, stein or british pint); and fill glass with broken ice. Add a straw to the bottle.
