Ingredients

1 oz cognac
1 oz peppermint schnapps
3 oz cream soda
1 oz whipping cream


Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add the soda, and serve.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 maraschino cherry


Combine the rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur, and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
