Passion Daiquiri recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 tbsp passion-fruit juice
juice of 1 limes
1 tsp powdered sugar


Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Pawpaw Paradise recipe

Ingredients

1 ripe papaya
1/2 cup milk
1 cup dark rum
1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp sugar
strawberries


Using a papaya or mango, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender. Add the milk, rum, ice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with strawberries.
