Pineapple Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1 shot light rum
2 shots pineapple juice
1 shot lemon juice
1/2 shot grenadine syrup
club soda


Pour rum, pineapple juice, grenadine and lemon juice into a collins glass. Fill with club soda, or to taste. Serve with ice.

Mr. Manhattan Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
1 tsp orange juice
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar


Pour the gin, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 4 sprigs of mint, and serve.
