Pink Gin Tonic recipe

Ingredients

2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
1 splash Campari bitters
1 lime wedge


Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, top with campari (to add more colour and taste); and garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

1 oz gold rum
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1 tsp pear liqueur
1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp kiwi syrup


Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
