Polonaise recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz brandy
1 tbsp blackberry brandy
1/2 oz dry sherry
1 dash lemon juice


Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Apple Blossom recipe

Ingredients

1 oz brandy
2 oz apple juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash vodka


Pour ingredients into a mixing glass almost-filled with ice. Stir, and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with fruit, and serve.
