Pousse Cafe a la Francaise recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz Kummel caraway liqueur


Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel. Serve.

Malibu Rum Rusher recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz Malibu pineapple rum
1/2 oz Malibu mango rum
2 oz orange juice
1 splash grenadine syrup


Combine the Malibu coconut, pineapple and mango rum with the orange juice and grenadine in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend until slushy; add more ice if required. Pour into a pina-colada glass, and serve.
