Scotch Flip recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Scotch whisky
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 oz light cream
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Porterhouse Blue recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz armagnac
1/2 oz blueberry syrup


Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
