Shetty Classic recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Ricard pastis
1 oz Bacardi white rum
1 oz Absolut vodka


Pour Ricard, Bacardi rum and Absolut vodka into a bowl filled with sugar. Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve. Allow the drink to cool, and serve in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

1 oz gold rum
1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
3/4 oz double cream


Shake and strain into a brandy snifter, and serve.
