60 ml sherry
30 ml chocolate liqueur
30 ml cognac
2 - 3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk


Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Serve in a red wine glass and sprinkle powdered cinnamon on top.

Ingredients

1 tsp vodka
1/4 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
5 - 6 oz chilled Champagne


Build ingredients in a champagne flute, and serve.
