Volga Boatman recipe

Ingredients

3 oz vodka
1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
juice of 1/2 oranges


Combine the orange juice, vodka and kirsch in a mixing glass add ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

1 oz brandy
1 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
4 oz Champagne


Pour into a glass.

Alternatively multiply the amounts and use a large jug with chopped fruit.
