Apple Cider Punch vol.2 recipe
Ingredients
3 red apples
250 g hulled strawberries
4 chopped mint sprigs
850 ml apple juice
1500 ml apple cider
570 ml lemonade
Make sure ingreadients are well chilled. Cut unpeeled apples 1cm cubes. Combine fruit and mint with apple juice in large punch bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving. Before serving add chilled apple cider and lemonade.

Winter Wine recipe
Ingredients
35 cl red wine
2 oz cognac
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
2 oz water
Heat in a small saucepan and pour into heat-proof cups just before boiling. Add a slice of lemon to each cup, and serve.
