Sauternes House Punch recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 liters Sauternes white wine
1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
1 oz maraschino liqueur
4 oz sugar


Dissolve sugar in wine and combine all ingredients in a large jug with ample ice to cool. Add in-season fruit slices or pieces.

Bacardi Confetti Punch recipe

Ingredients

750 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca white rum
6 oz can frozen lemonade
6 oz can frozen grapefruit juice
16 oz can drained fruit cocktail
2 liters chilled club soda


In large container, mix all but the soda. Chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When ready to serve, pour over ice in punch bowl, add chilled club soda and stir gently. Makes 8 servings.
