Country Time recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz raspberry schnapps
1 splash Sprite soda
2 lemon wedges


Mix vodkas, lemon juice, and raspberry schnapps together in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake until very cold. Strain into a large shot glass. Top with a splash of sprite, and serve.

Ingredients

2 shots Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur
5 ice cubes
1 lemon wedge
1 tsp sugar
2 oz sweet vermouth


Add ice cubes to a glass, and coat them evenly with the sweet vermouth. Swirl the vermouth around, then pour out the excess. Sift sugar onto the vermouth-coated cubes. Add approximately two shots of amaretto. Garnish with a swirled lemon peel and serve.

For contrast, try adding a few drops of lemon juice to the drink.
