Schnapp Bomb recipe
Ingredients
1 bottle Archers peach schnapps
2 kg bag sugar
Pour a whole bottle of Archers peach schnapps into a medium sized saucepan. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Gradually add the sugar until saturation point (about 1 - 1.5 Kgs). Serve in shot glasses and knock back in one go whilst still hot.

Ingredients
1 1/4 oz Alize liqueur
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Pour above listed ingredients into a stainless steel shaker with ice, and shake until completely cold. Pour into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.
